PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in the light of the averments in the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of Respondent No.3 seeks permission to approach Respondent No.3 seeking review of its order/communication dated 17.06.2015, wherein the petitioner is prohibited from admitting the students for B.C.A. and M.B.A. If the petitioner approaches Respondent no.3 - University, in the light of the subsequent facts/events disclosed in the affidavit in reply of Respondent No.3, Respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case, within one week from the date of receiving the representation of the petitioner.
