08.08.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2 and further submits that respondent no.3 is not giving admission to the petitioner in the fourth year only on the ground that that validity certificate is not submitted.

In case the validation proceeding is pending the respondentcommittee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 21.08.2019.

In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible then the respondent no.3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his studies in the fourth year Architecture course only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The respondent no.3 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceedings. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
