The applicant/State prays for listing WP No.3233/2014 for final hearing, out of turn. Reasons in support of such prayer are set out in the application, which have been strenuously canvassed by the learned AGP.

Learned Advocate for the non-applicant opposes the civil application on the ground that firstly the petition is of 2014 and secondly, this Court, by a speaking order dated 17/06/2015 has admitted the petition and stayed the payment of back wages as has been granted by the impugned award.

Since this Court is taking up service matters for final hearing instituted in the years 1994 and onwards, precedence cannot be given to this petition of 2014.

Civil application is, therefore, rejected.
