We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader 3.

In case the proposal seeking modification to the approval order of the petitioner (Exhibit A,

2 wp 9021.16 Page No. 14) is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today.
