Mr.Pravin Patil, learned Counsel for the appellant, on the basis of written and clear instructions from the Deputy Executive Engineer of the appellant, seeks leave to withdraw these appeals, since, the enhanced compensation amount awarded by the Reference Court is well within the limits specified in Government Resolutions dated 03.11.2016 and 23.02.2017. Copy of the letter dated 19.01.2018, addressed to Mr.Patil, learned Counsel for the appellant, is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

Accordingly, all these appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. In all these appeals, the appellants shall be entitled to refund of the court fees as per the Rules. The amount deposited by the appellants, in this Court, may be transmitted by the Registry to respective executing courts so as to facilitate disbursement of amount to the respondents/claimants. This exercise of transmission to be completed within four weeks from today.
