By way of present applications, applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 572 and 580 days respectively caused in filing the appeals against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court at Jalgaon in L.A.R. No. 370 of 2003 and L.A.R. No. 380 of 2003 respectively.

Ms. Kale, learned advocate for applicants invites attention of this Court to para Nos. 2 to 4 of the civil applications and would submit that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.

Mr. Dhongade, learned advocate appearing for the respondent No. 2 vehemently opposes the applications. 5.

Having considered the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in para Nos. 2 to 4 of the civil applications, the case is made out to condone the delay. The civil applications are allowed. The delay of 572 and 580 days respectively caused in filing appeals is condoned. Appeals be registered. The civil applications are disposed of.
