By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner belonging to Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe within a stipulated period of time.

Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for both the respondents. 3.

On instructions learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that, the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee at the stage of vigilance cell enquiry.

Considering the stage of the proceedings and in the backdrop of

2 957 WP 9969-2025.odt the fact that the brother of the petitioner has validity certificate, the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three (3) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any also stand disposed of.
