Present intervention application is being filed by a person, who claims to be interested person in the trust and its affairs. He further contends that the entire proceedings have been initiated at his instance, on his application and as such, his presence will be relevant in the matter.

Though Mr. Tungar, learned advocate for the petitioner vehemently opposes the application, however, since there is not much dispute about factual position that the proceedings being initiated on an application of present intervenor, without

{2} prejudice to the rights of the parties concerned, I deem it appropriate to grant the application for intervenor, which may aid to effective hearing of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner and stands disposed of.
