Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 states that there is a typographical error in order dated 10th January, 2023 wherein paragraph No.2 who was respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has been typed instead of respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Necessary corrections be carried out.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 stated that the interest component as undertaken on 10th January, 2023, has now been paid. He placed on record the copy of the cheque dated 17th January, 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioners concedes that the order has been complied with. In the light of said statement, the petition is disposed of.
