Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is submitted by the Headmaster seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher. The queries were raised by the Education Officer and same are complied with. However, the proposal is yet to be decided.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

In case, the proposal is submitted by the Headmaster of respondent No.5-School seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner and if the same is pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six months from today.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
