1) In view of the reply-affidavit filed by the respondents that the petitioner needs to return to the parent regiment and the so called letter showing that he was expected to join AC Depot, Ahmednagar is a forged document, this Court holds that this Court cannot make any order in favour of the petitioner.

2 WP 8953 of 2016 2) If the petitioner desires, he can return to the parent regiment. In those terms, the petition is disposed of. Hamdust allowed.
