1] This application is taken out to serve the respondent nos.2,6,7,9,11,13,14 and 19 by way of paper publication for the reasons set out in detail in the application. 2] In brief, it is the contention of learned counsel for the applicants that in spite of taking eforts, the said respondents could not be served. The applicants / appellants are not knowing any other address of the said respondents than mentioned in the cause title of the appeal.

3] Considering the reason assigned, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) subject to payment of publication charges directly to the concerned newspapers. The notices to respondent nos. 2,6,7,9,11,13,14 and 19 be made returnable on 13.12.2019.
