Learned counsel for the respondent - wife would submit that amount of interim maintenance of Rs.1,44,000/- is still in arrears. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she will go on depositing each month's maintenance.

The respondent - wife shall file recovery proceeding for the arrears or the concerned J.M.F.C. shall not hear the matter further unless the arrears are paid by the concern petitioner herein.
