1] Heard Shri M.M.Nerlikar, learned counsel A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

2] Learned A.P.P. in fairness pointed out the order at page 6 of the petition and submitted that the order directing the relief for a period of ten days from the date of death is unworkable. 3] The death occurred on 8.8.2015. Application was made on 14.8.2015 and the impugned order was passed on 17.8.2015.

O R D E R

(i) The petition is allowed.

(ii) The petitioner prisoner shall be released for a period of ten days on parole, which shall be effective from the date of his actual release from the prison and the conditions already put in the impugned order dated 17.8.2015 shall continue to operate. 5] Petition is disposed of.
