The prosecution has closed its evidence and the matter was for recording statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Thereafter, it appears that some application has been filed by prosecution and the matter is pending.

Under such circumstance, when the matter reached up to almost the last stage, we do not take this to be a fit case where we should exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
