The applicant seeks withdrawal of amount of Rs. 5,03,079/- and the statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- credited by the respondent No. 1/MSRTC.

Considering submissions of the parties, I find it fit to permit the applicant to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accured interest.

The civil application is partly allowed permitting the applicant to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be
