Representation was made by the petitioner to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of the State of Maharashtra instead of approaching to the immediate authority i.e. the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar for redressal of his grievance. In that view of the matter, in our opinion, the PIL is premature and without, addressing the representation directly to the Chief Executive Officer, who is appropriate authority, we are not inclined to entertain the PIL. However we grant liberty to the petitioner to make comprehensive representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar. In case, such representation is made, the Chief Executive Officer to decide the same, keeping in view the relevant procedure and in accordance

( 2 ) pil18.18 with law, on its own merits expeditiously.

With the above observations, the Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.
