We have perused the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer Pachora, dated 06/04/2015 and the communication dated 16/07/2016 by the Tahsildar Jamner to the District Collector, Jalgaon. We have also perused the representation of the Petitioners, dated 30/08/2016. 2.

It is obvious that the Tahsildar will have to initiate steps in accordance with Section 155 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.4/Tahsildar, Jamner, to complete the entire procedure, which should culminate into the creation of the record, by following the due procedure in law, and after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, within 60 days from today.
