Petitioners in this petition are seeking a direction to Respondent No. 2 Scrutiny Committee to decide their tribe claim of belonging to "Tadvi" Scheduled Tribe at the earliest.

It is submitted that hearing before the Scrutiny was concluded in the month of June, 2025 and that the proceedings are closed for orders. 3.

Extreme urgency is projected on behalf of Petitioner No.1 who has been allotted a college on 07.08.2025 for Civil Engineering course. It is submitted that last date for placing validity certificate on record in respect of the said admission is 05.09.2025.

Learned Addl. GP appears on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that final hearing has already concluded and that the

949wp10092-25 proceedings are closed for orders before Respondent No.2- Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No.2- Scrutiny Committee to decide the pending tribe claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 02.09.2025.
