Since the challenge raised in respect of order of suspension issued by the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, no interference is called for. The issuance of order of suspension cannot be equated with the penalty. It would be open for Respondent-authorities to conduct inquiry. In the peculiar facts and circumstances, in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for.
