The Petitioner is a practicing Advocate. We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner after granting him sufficient time, we expressed our disinclination, moreso in view of the fact that the B.D.O. has already taken cognizance of the complaint of the Petitioner and has appointed an Enquiry Officer. The report of the Enquiry Officer is awaited. The Petitioner has also filed certain applications under the Right to Information Act. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over to take instructions.
