The Applicants are the original Petitioners in Writ Petition No.2520/2014.

On 28.04.2017, this Court (Coram : M.S.Sanklecha, J.) has observed in the order that the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to urge the same points before the Appellate Authority.

There is delay of 68 days in filing the review on the ground that only one Petitioner out of four, had instructed the learned Advocate to withdraw the writ petition.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 30.11.2018. The learned AGP waives service for Respondent No.2.
