By the present application under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant seeks his release on bail, in connection with C.R. No.48 of 2015, registered with Police Station Akhada Balapur, for offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The investigation, qua the role attributed to the applicant, is complete and as such, he is in magisterial custody. 3.

The applicant was arrested on 10th August, 2015 and it is informed that his specimen signature and other samples were already taken. 4.

Looking to the nature of allegations, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to enlarge the applicant on bail. I, therefore, pass following order :- The applicant is directed to be released on bail, in connection with C.R. No.48 of 2015, registered with Police Station Akhada Balapur, for offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with sec. 34 of

criap4665.15 (2) the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount, on condition that till filing of the charge-sheet, he shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of the concerned police station.
