Having secured fairly well at the NEET-UG-2024, the petitioner is anxious to get early decision from the respondent/scrutiny committee on his proposal for validation of tribe certificate.

It is being pointed out that the cousin of the petitioner Rohit Ram Sidhamwar was directed to be issued with a certificate of validity by the order of this Court (Principal Seat) in Writ Petition No. 7584 of 2018 dated 24.07.2018. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to adopt the reply filed by Rohit in his matter to the vigilance report.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Committee to consider the petitioner's request and decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26 August 2024.
