The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending respondent No. 2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur since the year 2013. No decision has been taken thereon as yet.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit-F to the

wp247-2017 petition) is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
