This pertains to the land of the Petitioners having been acquired for the construction of the Pimparwada Percolation Tank No.12, Tq. Dharur, District Beed.

The contention of the Petitioners is that land ad-measuring 2 H 97 R has been handed over to the authorities on 01.10.2007. 3.

The learned AGP has taken instructions and submits that Section 11 notification under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has been published this week in the State Gazette 17 - 23, August, 2023. Consequentially, the

( 2 ) 987 wp 10401.23 prescribed procedure as per the 2013 Act within the timeline, would be concluded.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

Needless to state the authorities shall follow the due procedure laid down in law and conclude the proceedings within the timeline as is prescribed. Thereafter, the payment shall be made expeditiously without causing unnecessary delay.
