Learned A.P.P. submits that already the applicant has arrested in connection Crime No. 1123/2020, registered with Nagar Taluka Police Station, District Ahmednagar. Subsequently he has been ordered to be transferred in Crime No. I-39/2020 registered with Supa Police Station, District Ahmednagar.

The learned A.P.P. further submits that even in the present matters which are registered in Jalna district the concerned Investigating Officers have already initiated proceedings for getting the applicant transferred in the respective crimes.

In view of such a statement made by the learned A.P.P. the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw all the three applications.
