Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicants seek bail in C.R.No.0026 of 2022 registered with Bodhwad Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants seek bail on parity. The learned A.P.P. would submit that the role attributed to the co-accused Amol Shridhar Kolhe, Pallavi Yashwant Warke and Nitin Bhaskar Kolhe, who have been granted bail, is similar to the role attributed to the applicants. The facts reveal that the parity may be extended to the applicants. Hence, the order:-

ii) Applicants No. (1) Sachin Shridhar Kolhe and (2) Pundlik Yeshwant Warke, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
