The petitioner is soliciting a direction to the respondent no. 5 to act pursuant to the communication dated 02 June 2023 (exhibit 'c') whereby, the respondent no. 2 - Director of Education (Primary) had called upon him to re-submit the proposal for staff sanction giving some other instructions as well.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no. 5, if he has not already responded to the communication (exhibit 'c'), respond it as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of five weeks.
