The applicants were arrested on 19th/20th July 2015 in Crime No.I-57/2015 registered at Hatta Police Station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code pursuant to an incident dated 18th July 2015.

The complainant Archana alleged that the present applicants are closely related to her and they were since abusing and beating on her, deceased Bapurao, her father-in-law had intervened. Annoyed with his intervention, the complainant and her father-in-law were assaulted by the present applicants.

Subsequently, complainant was shifted to hospital, whereas Bapurao died of consuming poison, as such the offence was lodged. 5.

From the record, it depicts that deceased Bapurao has died of consuming poison, as he was threatened and assaulted by the applicants, which appear to be the allegations. 6.

From the investigation papers, it appears that the investigation is almost complete and as such, their further detention will hardly be of any consequences. Having regard to the nature of allegations against the present applicants, it will be appropriate to order their release on regular bail.

The applicants - Bhaskar son of Ashok Chambhare and Kamlabai wife of Ashok Chambhare be released on bail in Crime No.I-57/2015 registered at Hatta Police Station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with one surety by each of them. 8.

The applicants shall keep themselves away from the jurisdiction of the Hatta Police Station till filing of charge-sheet. 9.
