Applicants face difficulty in receiving the amount of compensation deposited before the M. A. C. T. Aurangabad though they succeeded in appeal in the High Court. Applicant No. 2 - deceased Avantika Shankar Chemate was expressly deleted by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2025. She was daughter of the deceased. Due to her demise, her share would devolve in the surviving applicants. Her death was brought to the notice of this Court. There is no impediment in disbursing the amount to the applicants.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'

2 961 ca 8439.25 on condition that the applicants pay deficit court fees within a period of one (01) week from today. The civil application is disposed of.
