Though the office has certified on 23rd January 2015 that the office objections are removed, however, it is noticed that there are certain more objections to be looked into. Learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner makes a statement that the office objections will be removed within four weeks from today. The statement is accepted by way of an undertaking. Learned Counsel also seeks to place some documents on record. Permission granted.

In view of above and having regard to the undertaking given by the petitioner that he shall remove office objections within four weeks from today, the order dated 28.7.2014 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is set aside and the matter is restored to file. 3.
Failure to remove the office objections within the time stipulated, will result in restoring the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration.
