Perused the notes of evidence and also the findings recorded by the trial Court. At the relevant time, the prosecutrix was minor. She was asked to marry. Thereafter, there are specific allegations by her against even the husband. The case is established for allowing the application seeking leave to appeal. The application is allowed and the same stands disposed of.
