The applicant / accused in Crime No. 39/2016 for offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147,

(2) Cri. Appln. No. 4596 of 2016 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, registered with City Police Station, Parli-Vaijnath, District Beed, by this application, is seeking his release on bail.

The learned Counsel for the informant, on instructions, made a statement that after committing the case to the Court of Sessions, charge has been framed against accused persons. In the wake of this statement, the learned Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawing the Application with a request that considering the nature of offence and the number of witnesses, the trial may be expedited. The request so made is reasonable.

The learned Addl. Sessions Judge in-charge of the Sessions Case arising out of Crime No. 39/2016, registered with City Police Station, ParliVaijnath, District Beed, is directed to dispose of the said Sessions Case, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of writ of this Court.

With the above directions, the Application is disposed of.
