This application is filed for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon.

Learned AGP strenuously opposed the application stating that 50% amount is already permitted to be withdrawn and therefore, application may be rejected.

Considering the fact that acquisition is of the year 1996, and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
