This Application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, namely, Ramesh Shivdas Mali who died on 15.07.2024. The applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased. There is delay of 295 days caused in filing Civil Application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, delay stands allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the petition within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioner to get the petition circulated thereafter.
