Heard all the parties.

In all applications for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that in the connected identical matters the applicants were permitted to withdraw 50 % of the compensation amount deposited by the acquiring body along with accrued interest thereon subject to usual undertaking to be furnished to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 % of the compensation amount deposited by the acquiring body along with accrued interest thereon, subject to usual undertaking to be furnished to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be kept in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank initially for the period of one year with renewal clause. The applicants shall be at liberty to move this court for further withdrawal if the appeals could not be heard or decided within a period of two years. In view of the above, all the civil applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of. 4.
The civil applications filed for Stay the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the amount has been deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court. In view of the same, the Stay order passed by this Court dated 24/08/2021, in all the applications for stay, is confirmed. All applications filed for Stay stand disposed of.

All appeals are Admitted.

The learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent No.2 and 3 and the learned Advocate Mr. G. K. Sontakke waives notice on behalf of respondent No.1, after admissions in all the appeals. 7.
