Heard learned counsel appearing for parties.

There is innocuous prayer inasmuch as the petitioner has sought directions to respondents No. 5 and 6 to decide the various representations filed by them requesting for their transfer at one place under the scheme known as "Couple Convenience Scheme". 3.

In the light of above, we direct respondents No. 5 and 6 to decide the representations filed by the petitioners, keeping in view the policy of Government i.e "Couple Convenience Scheme" and after following procedural formalities, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
