The Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under:- "(B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.434 passed by the Adhoc Committee in its meeting dated 03.07.2023 pursuant to which the Adhoc Committee has accepted the quotation of College of Engineering, Pune (CEOP Technological University, Pune) of Rs.75 lakhs (Incl. GST) for conducting technical and cost audit of New Darshan Queue Complex and New Educational Complex."

We are informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee constituted by the High Court, has also accorded his approval. 3.
