Mr. Dattatraya R. Jayabhar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that they are poor agriculturists whose lands were acquired and due to financial difficulty did not file the appeals in time. As such, there is delay of 1368 and 1264 days in filing the respective first appeals. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants would not claim interest or statutory benefits for the delayed period and that they would give undertakings to that effect. 3.
In view of the same, the delay is condoned in filing the first appeals, subject to the appellants not being entitled to interest or statutory benefits for the delayed period.

The civil applications are accordingly disposed of.

The First Appeals are admitted. On admission, the learned counsel / AGP waive notice for the respective respondents. Call R & P. Office objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
