It seems that the grievance of the petitioner has been taken care of by the Education Officer. It is stated in the affidavit filed by the Education Officer that show-cause notice has been issued to respondent no.6 on 17.11.2018 and directions have been given to remove the deficiencies.

In view of the above, as the steps have already been initiated, the purpose of the Writ Petition does not survive. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.

After the decision is taken by the respondent, an aggrieved party shall have right to agitate against the said decision.
