On the last occasion, report of learned Sessions Judge, Latur was called as to state how much time would be required to dispose of the Sessions Case, which was already part-heard. The report (dated 22.1.2021) has been received, stating that approximately 1 to 1 1⁄2 months would be required to dispose of the said Case.

Taking into consideration the report, learned Advocate appearing for applicant, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the application and further prays for directions to learned Sessions Judge, Latur to dispose of the Case within the time as stated in the said report.

In view of the aforesaid report, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the application and learned Sessions Judge, Latur is directed to dispose of the case within the period, which he has mentioned in his above report dated 22.1.2021. ( SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J. ) BDV
