PER COURT :- The application tendered by the petitioner for his appointment as a Distributor, for sale of petroleum products, has been turned down by the respondent, mainly on the ground that, he failed to maintain liquid fund amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (tel lakhs) as per condition No.9 prescribed in the advertisement. Condition No.9 prescribes requirement of maintaining minimum balance of Rs.10 lakhs on the last date of submission of application.

It is revealed that, on the last date, prescribed for tendering an application, under the advertisement dated 29.10.2013, the petitioner did not maintain the minimum balance in the account. The decision taken by the petroleum Company cannot be said to be erroneous or arbitrary.
