Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The only limited grievance of the petitioners is of proceeding is pending before the Hon'ble Minister of Marketing, Co-operation and

(2) Textile Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai for decision for considerable period.

Being aggrieved by the order passed by the Director of Agricultural Marketing, Maharashtra State, Pune dated 28th July, 2017 as well as judgment and order passed by the same authority in Appeal No.36 of 2017 on 5th April, 2018, the petitioners have approached the Hon'ble Minister of Marketing, Co-operation and Textile Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai by filing appeal on 20th April, 2018, copy of which is placed on record at Exhibit-C.

Learned Counsel invited our attention to the reminder/representations to the Hon'ble Minister dated 21st May, 2018, 4th June, 2018, 15th June, 2018 and 9th July, 2018.

Considering this limited grievance, in our opinion, the petition itself can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.1 to apprise

(3) the Hon'ble Minister before whom the appeal is pending and in turn, the Hon'ble Minister to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve (12) weeks from the date of order of this Court. This direction would certainly not cause any prejudice to the respondents. As such, the petition is disposed of with above directions. 6.

Learned A.G.P. to communicate this order to respondent No.1.
