The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that his challenge to the abolition of a select list which contained their names, is subject matter of adjudication in Writ Petition No.2894 of 2024.

By this Petition, these Petitioners, who are strangers to Respondent No.2, seek a Writ of Mandamus to direct Respondent No.2 to deal with their representation and create more posts in the company.

We would not issue a Writ of Mandamus to a company to create post at the behest of strangers. Insofar as the interest of the Petitioners involved in Writ Petition No.2894 of 2024 is concerned, the said Petition is being considered by this Court. 4.
