The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant - acquiring body alongwith interest accrued thereon.

This court vide order dated 15.2.2023 in connected matters has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the amount deposited alongwith interest. In view of the same, it would be appropriate to permit present applicants to withdraw entire amount deposited, which is 50% of the awarded amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon till date, on usual undertaking to be furnished to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil application is accordingly disposed of. ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY. 1.
The appellant - acquiring body in all these applications is seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay periods in all these applications stand condoned.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any. Applications are accordingly disposed of. IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY :- Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. By order dated 26th July, 2021 this Court stayed the execution of the award subject to condition of 50% amount thereunder. The applicant has complied the said condition.
As such, the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
