The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would approach the Civil Court in view of the judgment and decree dated 19.03.2001, passed in their favour in RCS No.410/1994, keeping in view that the Defendants are permanently restrained from obstructing and interfering in the Plaintiffs peaceful possession over the said property.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the Petitioner takes recourse to the remedy as stated above, the disposal of the Petition would not be an impediment.
