PER COURT :- This is an application, seeking abashment of the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the petition on account of failure of the petitioner to remove office objections. Heard.

For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed., The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the petition is quashed and set aside and the petition is restored to its original position. The delay occurred in presenting the application is condoned. Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of failure, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled.
