Applicant is operated on 18.08.2025 and surgery of Anal dilatation with excision of skin tag conducted on him. On 20.08.2025 he is discharged from the hospital.

Learned Advocate for the applicant prays that four weeks' temporary bail may be extended as he has been take bed rest. Learned A.P.P. submits that as per his instructions, no bed rest is advised to the applicant.

Tomorrow is the date for his follow up treatment. The temporary bail for the applicant is extended for a period of one week from today. The applicant shall surrender after completion of one week period i.e. on 04.09.2025.
