Petitioner No.1 is the second wife of the deceased husband. After the first wife passed away, the deceased employee married Petitioner No.1. Before birth of Petitioner No.2, the husband passed away. The deceased employee has two daughters from his first marriage.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos.2 to 5/ Zilla Parishad submits that appropriate steps in accordance with the provisions of law have been initiated for the

*2* 21wp10972o23 purpose of demarcating the shares of all these parties from the accumulated amount of provident fund and gratuity. The pension proposal will be finalized by Respondent No.3. 3.

Let this exercise be completed within a period of 60 days from today.

In the event, two daughters of the deceased Gautam, namely, Shrutika and Diksha are not cooperating, we expect that the Zilla Parishad would issue them a communication along with the copy of this order and impress upon them that they have to cooperative in this matter so that they would also get their shares. 5.
